Kalinin (now Tver Region)
The town of Tver (formerly Kalinin) is on the Upper Volga River, northwest of Moscow.
Dolls have natural wood faces, happy faces and bright blue eyes. Always blonde or light brown hair. Outlined with burned lines (poker work)
