This is another doll from Krasnokamsk sent as a gift form Poland.
Why is the scarf on the outer doll unfinished? I have a theory that these were found in a closed down factory, and that the factory finished the dolls except for the last step of painting the lines around the scarf until they were actually sold. (Similar to book publishers who print the books pages, but wait to attach the book covers until needed.)
