These are very distinctly shared dolls from an unknown region of the USSR. They have a somewhat square, flat head. Their black hair is parted on the side and they are very simply decorated.
Purchased in Poland, the seller had over a dozen of them in with different colored scarves (mostly red, blue and green). This set has a very unique color of brown scarf.
