This set is 3 pieces and the largest doll is 4”. The dolls at first look like Zagorsk sets, but these dolls have dots on their scarves, making them Dot Maidens instead.
These dolls come from an “unknown” region of USSR. Pictures of similar dolls can be found on pages 62 - 63 of "A Collectors Guide to Nesting Dolls" by Michele Lefkovitz
