Very unusual Mushroom Girl dolls are from an unknown region of USSR era Russia. These dolls have occasionally shown up before on eBay and they are bought up quickly by collectors.
A friend in Poland has a doll like this dated 1979, and another newer Mushroom doll with a label saying it comes from the city of KOVROV in the VLADIMIR region of the USSR, dated 1991.
