Vintage three-piece set of nesting dolls from Japan, known as the "Rabbit Family". There is a sticker on the bottom which reads "Copyright Shackman 1956 Made In Japan". These dolls are pictured and described in the Lefkovitz Collector's Guide to Nesting Dolls on pg.106. This set has been listed on eBay only once or twice, but they were in bad shape, the ears were broken off, etc. This set of rabbits is in excellent condition - completely intact, no cracks or chips, snug fit.
