This set of clay matryoshkas is hand made in Columbia. The cheery black haired girls are painted in dark blue dresses with bright flowers.
The inside pieces in this set do not match up exactly when nested, since some of the clay pieces became a bit out of round when fired. However they all nest nicely when separate, and all fit nested within the outer doll.
This set was sent a replacement for the FB01 that arrived broken. This set was shipped in cotton batting and double boxed in metal, plastic and cardboard boxes. It arrived intact. Whew!
