Rare tiny antique nesting doll/trinket box from Poland was acquired from an estate sale. Measuring only 2 1/8" tall, the maiden is wearing a painted fancy intricate white blouse with a vest and a multi-colored striped billowy skirt. Her skirt has 3 tiers and she lifts to open on the first tier. She is wearing a yellow babushka over her head. Although very old (probably from the 1930's) she is in good condition. She has some paint loss around her head, but the upper and lower body is in wonderful condition, still bright and hardly any fading.
