This ornate art quality doll features scenes from the Russian Tale of Tsar Saltan (the Swan Princess and Magic Squirrel). The doll itself if painted in red, blue and pink with white filigree, and is dated 2003.
This portion of the tale features merchant sailors that tell the Tsar Saltan about the island of Prince Gvidon, who turns out to be his son. Gvidon keeps a magical squirrel that sings and cracks golden nuts containing kernels of pure emerald.
