This is an old USSR Political doll. The largest doll is Gorbachev, reading Перестро́йка (or Perestroika) the failed economic decentralization program from 1985 to 1991 that lead to a soviet coup and ushered in the collapse of the Soviet Union. Inside are Brezhnev (with military medals), Khrushchev (wearing a Ukrainian peasant shirt and holding and ear of corn), Stalin, and Lenin.
