A cute and extraordinary nesting doll that tells the traditional Russian tale of Kolobok (a roll) similar to the Gingerbread Man story. Each of the three pieces are uniquely designed and brightly colored – a bear eating porridge from a stump, a fox in purple dress, and Kolobok, the round roll who ran from them.
This set was purchased from an estate sale, and was slightly broken – feet were broken off from Kolobok, and the ears on the fox are missing.
