These two different Blue sets seem to be from the same artist or design. Their mouths are painted similarly as are the reflection in their eyes, but they are definitely designed quite differently with different bases, different faces and decorations. This one set has such big eyes!
The paint on these dolls seems to be crazed and cracked in an unusual way. Perhaps they were stored in a hot place or in the sun.
