This is a large thermos bottle painted in red to resemble a Matryoshka. The doll is made of white plastic and the details are painted on. The dress is painted with flowers and lace, and the brown haired doll holds a stick with a rooster on top.
The head of doll unscrews to reveal a plastic and rubber stopper that pushes in to seal the bottle. (The stopper should not be unscrewed, or the pieces of it fall inside of the bottle and are difficult to retrieve).
The inner bottle seems to be made of hand-blown mirrored glass and can be seen by unscrewing the doll at the middle.
