This is a tiny ceramic Matryoshka charm decorated in yellow, orange, blue and brown. The tiny doll has a delicately painted face. This doll was a gift from a friend in Poland.
“Twelfth Night Cake”, a European fruitcake eaten on January 6th following the Twelve Days following Christmas, marking the end of the holiday season. Trinkets or “beans” are hidden in the cake and whoever finds these are crowned King and Queen.
