Very unusual insulated plastic vodka bottle holder looks like a traditional Semenov maiden. This is plastic doll with decal decorations. Marked on the back is the brand Moskovaskaya vodka.
Inside of this bottle holder is a thermos like insulated liner. This particular holder has only the liner in the bottom half, but it originally had a liner the top as well. Purchased at a flea market in France.
