This little red Ukrainian set is very old and has brittle peeling paint. The doll opens in an unusual way, very high on the doll, and with the lip on the upper half of the doll. The faces are also very unique with stars for mouths and unusually shaped eyes.
In 2008 an eBay seller identified the set as Zakarpatye (Ukraine). Two 6n sets sold for $41 each.
