This is another set similar to the previous one. The shop that sells these, KazakhCrafts, and had raised their prices a bit. In 2003 these sold for $15, but by 2005 set seld for $22, and the price continued to rise.
According to the shop owner, these Kazakh dolls were originally available for great prices, but as the artists discover that they can sell them on the Internet they have quickly raised thier prices.
