This very unusual doll is a Polkhov Maidan Cat. The body of the doll is painted with large Polkhov poppies in traditional colors painted with pink and green, and the back of the doll is painted in dark blue with fingerprint swirls.
What makes the doll so unusual is the orange and yellow cat head with whiskers and blue eyes. The head is also decorated with fingerprint swirls. The doll opens at the head to reveal an empty box.
