FE10. Italian Tyrolean Dolls 4.5” 5n

photo304.jpg

This is an Italian set which another collector had found with a marking “Osvaldo Moroder" and traced it to the Anri Shop in the town of St. Ulrich, in the Italian alps.

Peter Moroder wrote: "The tyrolean dolls have been made 50 years ago by our grandfather "Osvaldo Moroder" in our private workshop. The painting was made by hand with oil colors from housewifes of our valley."

The set is in fair condition with large splits but they are still together. The hand painting on this set is quite elaborate.
