Over the years, Nesting Dolls have been made in other coutries besides Russia. These dolls are from Poland, India, China, Japan, and even South America. Most of these dolls are not the same quality as hand-crafted Russian Nesting Dolls. Some, such as the German dolls are made of plastic instead of wood. However, the dolls from Argentina are some of our favorites and were carefully hand-crafted by a Russian family.
